Well. I think I've done a really stupid mistake some where. And now I need your help. So here it goes..

Matrix chip
Original HDD
I needed to update the flash on my Matrix chip to get some of the newer games to play. So I choosed to update it with the "Evo M7 bios".
I run the flashX to update the matrix chip from the xbox. The update seemed to go too fast, and so after the reboot all I get is an black screen with no sound or what so ever. The xbox Led first goes green (for an instant of an second), then keeps red.
The xbox does'nt boot even after I remove the chip. I played with the ConfigMagig app, and I might have locked or unlocked the disc.. Can't really say now.. and there is like i said just the orginal HDD in the box.
I have tried to reprogram the chip with the axternal programmer, but it won't help. The chip seems to be ok, it blinks green indicating good alignment, and blinks green after reboot with the right dip-switches off. But the box is still dead (there is power, the DVD can open)
What can I do now ??
