Title: Green Light On Chameleon

please , if somebody knows what the (dull) green light on the cham means , I searched the whole site and the manuals but it only speaks about the regular blue light .
I also tried to boot up on the other banks with a m7 bios , the xbox now gives me a error code 16.
is the cham fried or is it the box ?
