If you r geeting no video try using the standard av cab'es you might get video then a chromwell flash screen. I had a problem in the beginning with that also you mkight have a problem in lpc
make sure all points are clean. Also if you have 1.5 chameleon you need to ground pin 2
thats might be tghe problem

i have the ground wire on everything seems to be fine but when i put the chip in i get a lil light on the chip flashes afew times and the xbox starts flashing green/red any idea what i can do or what i didn't do

you may need to chack all lpc points something is telling me your not getting a full connection check the d0 also

thats what i was think the d0 cause i read some where if you have it on right the xbox should turn off them back on
i put it in the hole that was show in the picks

from what i read i may need to flash my chip in another "older"sys befor it will work in mine its suppose to have 2.227 preflashed on it and all blocks but you never know hehe

I lost 1 gold pated pin hole? Is that a problem.

Also, My XBox is from June and others on this board say they have a 1.4 from Oct.
Maybe mine isn't 1.5
