If when you open xp.exe, and you click scan, the light is flashing, that's good.
If, when you click read or write, the light stops flashing and becomes a steady blue, that's good.
If anything happens besides this, you're at a loss. Try to adjust the delay, make sure you have a fresh battery, make sure the pins that will go into the parallel port on your computer are not push in at all and are sticking out (use something thin to push them back out).
Also, I had problems flashing the modchip when its split into 4 banks, it never seemed to work despite the delay (I also tried on multiple computers), anyone else have this problem?
It worked in every other type of split save this.
