first off tell me something do u have solder in your lpc ports and do u have the matrix in mode 1 (both switches off)

he is trying to ask you if the LPC holes on your Xbox are filled with solder or not.
If you have a version 1.0 then they are most likely filled.
he also asked what mode your matrix was in. Mode 1 is for alignment.

you can try and scrape the D0 point very softly with and xacto knife.
When you visualy line it up by the holes in the matrix chip, make sure your looking straight down at it.

You should have flashed your Matrix before you installed it.  You can use the programmer that came with the mod.
