| The Chameleon is the BEST chip in the market at the moment so if you want a chip the chameleon is the one |

stop saying software control its XBE control - X2 also has software control - but its something that you would use almost never as its a gimmick - lets be honest but you HAVE to use evox to use it - many are switching to the other dashboards like avalaunch as they are offering more features and updates if you simple want the best just wait a few weeks for an X3 as X2 is 8-9 months old now (*hint*) |

| The Matrix is by far WAY better than the X2 lite +. To tell you the truth, the X2 lite + is pain in the padded ass to line up properly. Your really flying blind when your installing it. Theres no indicator like on the Matrix telling you have it lined up right. If your going solderless, get the Matrix its just so much easier to install. Plus the X2 lite chips come flashed with the dreadful cornwall BIOS and your gonna have a fun time trying to get it off if you have a picky DVD-Rom drive. And thats another thing that makes the Matrix better, is it comes with a programmer. The only drawback I see if that it will only accept 256k BIOSes, but I dont think we will see BIOSes over 256k for a long time. |
