Title: Boots With Matrix, Won't Boot Without

Question, Have a XBOX that boots fine with a Matrix chip installed, but will not boot at all with it taken out. When trying to boot without the MAtrix in it, it powers on then off, does that 3 times. Also it will sometimes beep then the CD eject button will flash Green/Red...

Anyone seen this; have any ideas??
