Title: Chameleon Programmer And Canadian Supplier

Is the additional flash programmer really needed with the Chameleon?  Just wondering if I should buy them both or just the Chameleon.  This is for an unmodded Xbox.

Also is Easybuy the only Canadian supplier of these?
