Title: Matrix Mode 3 Won't Work?

I can't get Mode 3 to work on my Matrix on my 1.0 box. Mode 2 works fine, but it still seems to be in Mode 2 after I've changed the dip switches to the Mode 3 position.

If I push eject while an original game is booting, it just ejects the tray without rebooting with the original BIOS.

I'm using the D.6 BIOS.

Any suggestions?
