Title: The Tempermental Matrix

I have had the matrixchip since December. Has worked perfectly with the evox 2.5 bios (color logo and ybox), and the evolutionX 1.8.2812.
Last two days the xbox will not boot to my evolutionX dashboard, about 8 out of 10 times!  The only thing I have done differently in the past week is use xbconnect to play syslink halo...(wondered if that had something to do with it.?)
Utimately I am wondering if anyone has had similar issues, besides the chip coming loose...? any help appreciated...
