Title: Matrix, Hard Drive Beeps When Power Turned On

Hi, i programmed my matrix chip and when i install it, i allign it correctly and get the green flashing light on the chip.  However, when i connect the power cables, dvd rom and the hard drive back up, i start up the xbox and i get a green light and then i hear a beep coming from the hard drive.  When the hard drive beeps 2 times it stops and then i get the dreaded red/green flashing light on the xbox.  I was wondering if anyone had this problem or knows how to solve it.  Thanks
