Title: Testing The Matrix

What bios did you flash it with?
If you use a colormod or any other edited bios, you will be able to tell if it's working by what happens on the screen when it boots.
Some bios are edited so when they boot they don't look like the normal Xbox intro screens or animations.
Try one of these to help you out if you haven't done so already.
