Sounds like alignment or a bad flash. This happens if you have an iffy solder point on a cheapmod as well.

Best to reflash AND re check the alignment. make sure you get green in all modes to check alignment.

I noticed that I had to pinch and wiggle the Matrix on the programmer too. What a cheap device LOL... If it wasn't in a certain position, WinLPC would return an error to me.

                                    Yes, I used normal black insulation tape.   I cut two small strips and stuck it either side of the g-spot trace.

Thanks! Just got Slayer's Auto-Installer too. Hope that will ease my boot problem too once I get the chip aligned.

for best results use Evox D.6 (just in case your box is not a v1.1)

for best resluts clean the LPC points before you install it (with alcohol)
