Title: 3 Matrix Modchips, All Taking 10 Minutes To Flash

I can get none of these to work. I can Align them fine. But when i turn on the xbox i get these beeps with no picture. After i align them i put them in mode 2 and still no go.

    I think it has to do with the flash. I finally found a pc that will work but the process take 10minutes just to flash.

   ANyone know my problem here?

Sometimes it just takes that long.  

You can also try a different flashing utitlity; see my Matrix guide for more info on this.
