OK, I got it. Nothing but brute force alignment testing. The best way is to put it into mode 3 (swap mode) and keep turning ur xbox on off til u get a green flash and then a red on. OR mode 2 and just keep realigning til u get ur dashboard loaded.

DO NOT TIGHTEN THE SCREW to TIGHTLY!

Or you can start all over again.

One tip, because the LPC holes are not filled with solder.........the matrix sinks in the holes, so it isn't balanced correct anymore. Try fitting some paper or plastic between the matrix and the board on the right place. That worked for me.

Best idea, get a X2.........pin header option is so MUCH easier on a V1.1
