There is no  parallel cable included with the package .  You plug the chip into the programmer, then plug the programmer into the parallel port on your computer.
In the future they have said they are working on software where you will be able to flash the chip via a cd.  Also, in the install manual they give you a link where to download the flash program.  If you have not done so yet, download the install manual and read it.  It is on Xodus's website.
