looks like an xecuter 1..
I dont think they can be flashed..

however i didnt think they were red so could be a clone..

i would try to flash it using heimdalls xbox engineering disk..

looksd like you have a winbond tsop on there.
so you should tell it to use a 256k 1.0-1.5 bios
m8+ or ind bios would be my choice "f and g"

just use hexen to flash your tsop..
you can just chose a 256k 1.0-1.5 bios f and g and not worry about the bios size..

its the safest way to do it.

and you will be able to use large drives with any of the bioses already on the disk.
