Title: Will Aladdin Programmer Work With Other Modchips?

I get Aladdin Programmer

Can I use it to flash different modchips (DuoX2, Xecuter, Xenium, X-bit, etc.)?

You probably could do the xilinx lattice 4032 based cheapmod chips only. For others such as duox2 NO! But you could use a modded xbox to hotswap and flash any modchip. So, I don't see your reasoning.
