Title: 29-wire Mod With 3.3v Only Chip

I have a few PLCC flashroms laying around but the only chips I have and the only means of flashing them all use 3.3volts only.  can you use a 3.3v only chip on the xbox.  I can't find anything about this only that a18 and a19 can be tied to 3.3v or gnd to select banks which makes me wonder.
