Title: Problem W/ Pc-bioxx In Ver 1.4 Halo Le 5713 Kernel

uhm.. the pc-bioxx is a way, way, way old chip that only works on 1.0-1.2 xboxes. it can't work on 1.3+ cause it needs the lframe signal that is missing on those.
