Title: Red And Green Yet Again

This is the strangest thing.  I can boot with the chip turned off.  And sometimes I can boot with the chip on.  Usually I get the frag.  When it does boot it will continue to boot untill there is some activity eg putting a cd in or loading something off the hard drive.  But when you try to reboot after that it just gives frag.  I have resoldered the mod (Aladdin) and allways get the same results.  Anyone have any ideas?
