Title: Newby Question On How To Split Xtender Bios

Hello,

I was wondering how to split the Xtender bios image for a 4mbit 29F040 90ns flash eprom chip.

I'm not quite sure, but is the correct way to open up windows commander, select the xtender file and then go to split file under the files tab?

After that, where do I find the option to split it exactly in half? do I simply type in 512 k under the size options? or do I do something else?
