Title: Samsung Syncmaster 226bw + Vd-z3

Ok, I got XBMC working by connecting it to a tv and switching the resolution to 720p, although it comes out with  double ghosted image. I then connected it to the VD-Z3, and further changed the reso to 420p. However, it's still a pain that the bootup screen doesn't show. Does this mean that any app running in 480i won't work? I don't get it, I have the 6th dip switch (theoretically 480i mode) engaged. Why does thsi not work?!?! Aaargh.
