Title: Can't See Anything On Xbox
Post by: Samurai Waffle on June 02, 2009, 07:34:00 PM
I don't know if it matters but I have a 720p hdtv that I have hooked up, I assumed it would be able to run pal.

Create an Enigmah Xiso with Qwix, burn it to a DVD-R, and cold boot with the Enigmah disc. Even if you can't see anything on the screen, just wait 30 seconds, then press either A to set the Xbox to PAL, or B to set the Xbox to NTSC, then remove the Enigmah disc and reboot.

I just tried it using a cdr, but no luck.  Dvdr's don't work, I've had success with cdrw's with other xbox's in the past so I guess I'll have to give that one a try.

 lots of formats....try them all.

also, try repeatedly.
thompson drives can take 8 or 9 tries sometimes, then you get lucky other times.
i recommend sammy or phillips for best burn results.

don't forget, keep that shit clean (disc and lens).
