Title: Annoying Purple Bars On Some Games.

Does your TV still display purple bars when you're playing other games that support at least 480p resolution?

In the MS dashboard, try seeing if enabling progressive scan (by simultaneously pulling both triggers and clicking both thumbsticks) helps with your problem at all. I know that 'Darkwatch', though, cannot output in 480p unless hex-edited.

Would it be possible to also try using a different component cable?
