Title: Force Progressive Scan While Using Rgb?

The only way the xbox can output RGB @ 31KHz is via a VGA bios. VGA is nothing more than RGB but with sync on Green or more commonly split into H & V. However if you want RGsB the xbox cannot do it natively. You will need to install Frostys RGB bios mod. If you want RGBCs then you will need to use an LM1881N sync splitter or an X2VGA or similar.
