Title: Poor Video Output - Image Appears Ghosted
Post by: gwarior on May 05, 2007, 01:02:00 PM
For the past week my xbox has begun to have output problems.  The image looks like it's been ghosted and shifted a bit.  It's especially noticable with text.  You can see the "origional" image and then it looks like there's a duplicate of it but it's pitched just a few pixel to the right of the origional (kind of like a shadow).  This leaves me with a blurry looking image and unwatchable for movies or text.

The higher my display resolution the more noticable the problem is.  When running in 480p it's tolerable, but when I bump XBMC to 1080i it drives me abosolutly crazy.

I've replaced the component cables, tried a different HD AV Pack and tried the origional yellow RCA cable and all of them give me the same image abnormality.

Any one have an ideas what to look for next?
