Title: Downgrading Video File?

Watching Everything from my XBOX; with XBMC, was wondering how to downgrade a Video File, before I FTP to my XBOX. What got thinking this specifically is the Prison Break Series, where every episode is 350+ Megs, since it is HDTV...which I don't care about...So How do I downgrade the files, or even convert them to .rm format. Which I know everyone looks down upon, but I have the entire series of a 30 min. show(FMA), and every episode is no bigger than 80 megs; and I can't tell a difference...
Any Help is Appreciated...

Yea....After I posted this, I was like 'I live in the private torrent world' Damn, I'll just download something that converts it... So Yea. Xilisoft Video Converter did it for me.....errr...yea...Right now, trying to figure out, the correct stats(audio/video) to convert, so that the show is still watchable...anyone have any ideas...
