What you are looking for is either the X2VGA2 or the VD-Z3. Both are Component-to-VGA adapters, and they will do exactly what you are looking for.
X2VGA2 - www.x2vga.com
VD-Z3 - www.vdigi.com

thats ok, im all set now (those were a little more than i wanted to pay neway) i got my tv tuner to work with my xbox finally. before there was horrible lag when i hooked up the 3 rca jacks from the xbox to the tv tuner. what i didnt realize is that it isnt my tv tuner thats slow, but my tv tuner software. i downloaded DScaler and it works fine now. im not sure if its causing me to take a hit to quality but overall its good, video and audio!
GO DSCALER!!!

DScaler is the best software you can possibly have for ANY TV tuner, IMO.
It really does rock, I recommend that you play around with the video settings and you'll be surprised about what it really can do. Most importantly, be sure to play with the 'deinterlacing' option, as it will VASTLY improve your picture quality.

DScaler works great with the gamebridge as well. The software that comes with the gamebridge sucks. After numerous attempts to get the software working correctly, I gave up. I got tired of hearing everything about 1 second after it happened. Especially with gaming, that second is very important.
I'd see myself get killed, then I'd hear the shotgun blast afterwards.
With DScaler installed, everything is in perfect sync (as it should be).
