Title: Some Avi's Out Of Sync When Fast Forwarding

Ok guys, all of my avi's on XBMC work  wonderfully on the PC and Xbox, it's just that with a lot of the movies when I fast forward or frame skip on the Xbox only, the audio gets all out of sync. This only happens when I fast forward. I use divx instead of xvid. But This little problem only happens to some of the files, (mostly the ones I encode). I hope this is descriptive enough...whats going on with this? How do I set up the divx encoder to not let this happen.
