just hook up the regular cable and reset it to not 480p

i did not work..when i put the original composite cable i the video is ok, and although i reste the video to normal in the ms dashboard, when i comeback to th high definition ms pack i see the video with diagonal line which does not me let see anything to get to ms dashboard to change to 480i
 what can i do..

i dont know much about the matrix dash cuz its crap but if you manage to ftp i think you can delete the user files to make the dash boot with default settings.. in the long run change to a better dash like Xbmc or Unleash x.

Go to your MS Dash and hold down the LEFT TRIGGER, RIGHT TRIGGER, RIGHT ANALOG(CLICK DOWN), AND LEFT ANALOG(CLICK DOWN) buttons and you will be able to see your dash again. This temporarily disables 480p. Now go back into your settings menu and fix your video settings.
