boot the backup bios by turning on with both eject and power.. the xecuter x on chip will boot pink/purple not red or blue and see what happens

still no luck, any more suggestions or can someone walk me through the video mode menu on avalaunch to reset all video settings?

do you have a modified AV cable or video outputs?  if so you may have tripped the video mode into something besides HD out?

This happened to me when I installed a Duox2. I tried 2 dif chips and inspected the motherboard but could not get it working..

i think  know how to fix... replace the eeprom.. i had a customer change his 1.6 to pal and i had to change the eeprom to fix then used atapwd to unlock hdd from old eeprom

I forgot to add that when I reflashed my flashbios, everything shows and load up perfect (3920 V1.6).

anyone in Las vegas strip area that can help me fix my XBOX? I cant figure it out. Thanks
