Exactly. So it was 60Hz (or 60 frames per second) progressive. In 1080 mode you will see 60i for 60 Hz and interlaced. If your HDTV supported 1080p mode (which it doesn't) you would see 30p for 30 Hz (frames per second) in progressive. The XBOX and most HDTVs don't support that mode.

I'm confused, 1080p runs at 30 frames per second while 720p and 480p run at 60?

Why is that confusing? 1080p can also run at 24 frames per second.
