Title: Can I Play Ntsc Game On Pal Tv?

Have you tried a proper RGB scart cable???
It should work as I used used NTSC hardware on older TVs using a cable like that. The basic cable suplied with the XBox wont work as its not RGB the advanced AV pack is an RGB scart cable

First of all you had better establish that you have an RGB SCART connection in the back of your set.

Because RGB SCART can accept and display an NTSC signal, even if the other connections on your set can't.
