I have a ice modded xbox, it was installed by a pro so there is little chance of a bad chip install. It worked fine for a month but when I went from a game to the avla screen to play a diff game the screen was messed up. It was going really fast up and down and just really blurry. What is wrong, is the video encoder going out? The ice menu sometimes does the blurry thing.
