I had the same problem some times ago. When you replaced your banned eeprom, did the unbanned one was from a 1.6 xbox, if no then you are in trouble!!!!!! What I did is that I desoldered my EEprom chip and reprogramed it with my original EEprom, I don't know if there is any other solution (I heard that you can boot your xbox with a valid EEprom from an Xecuter3 even if your EEProm on your xbox is screwed and then flash your xbox eeprom with the one in the chip). Just ask around if anyone does a EEprom repair job!
