Title: Hdtv Packs Works, But The Standard Doesn't

I have a xbox ver 1.3 or 1.5 with the excuter 2.5 in it.  Ever since I installed it I'm not able to use the standard video pack (left, right and video).  I get sound but no picture.  I have flashed the chip with Slayer's 2.6 disk and still have this trouble.  The settings are all deffault for the video.  With the HDTV pack I can use the green signal to get the black /white picture out to feed into the video on a TV, to check the video settings which are still deffault.  Doesn't matter if the modchip is on or off.  Has anybody came across this before?
