Title: Vga Support, Made Cable, How Do I Use It?

I'm not finding a clear explanation about what software I would need.  I know I need a BIOS that supports it, or I need to make my BIOS support it.  How would I do this?

It's a v1.0 box with a Xenium Ice and Evox M8 BIOS.
