I've used the Enigmah video switch disc. I've Reflashed the EEPROM with a good EEPROM backup using Configmagic, blindly I might add. I've used the Cromwell-eeprom patched bin, patching it with the backed up EEPROM. YES! Ive reflashed the TSOP I have aslo hooked a Modchip to it |
I know the power supply is good because I tested it with another motherboard, and it worked fine.
So what should I try next!?

If you have a meter read the orangish brown filter on the top of the board right behind the AV port. You should be able to read through it (I had my meter on the 20Kohm scale). If not a wire jumped around it didn't hurt my board but the video stays on the TV for about 2 seconds after power is turned off.
