Title: Agent Under Fire (007 Auf) Progressive Patch?

Does anyone know if such a thing exists ?

The game menus and first person is 480i,
the driving levels and title screen is 480p.

Is this game non-patchable just like Kung Fu Chaos ?
Or are there different reasons for that ... ?
