Apologies if I put this in the wrong forum.
My problem is this:
My brother has a newish Xbox with the DVD drive that plays next to nothing. Due to this and other issues, I can't run DVD-X2 on his Xbox. I've tried every idea I have and had no luck.
What other ways of playing DVDs are there, bearing in mind I would like to avoid FTPing?
1. I hear that XBMC will play DVD movies, but only the core film. Is this true?
2. Does Evo-X have a DVD launcher built-in? So I could burn it to a CD and use it to boot the DVD?
3. Are there any mulit-region patches for the Xbox Dash that will work from a CD/DVD?
Any other ideas and help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
