Title: Stuck In Wide Screen?

I have a very anoying problem where my video seems to be in wide screen, but my t.v. is not, despite the fact my video ratio is on the default 4:3. Everything is missing the edges, evox, xbmp, all xbox games, and all emus.

yes i had saem prob.  it was solved when my friend changed the dash ratios

if its ALL xbox games, then its your television.
