Is there any applications to convert xmv videos to wmv or any other form of video whihc can be played on a PC? <

I have the SDK and a Debug and a chipped xbox i don't know how to do it though does anyone have any ideas Please? <

I don't think theres a xmv to wmv converter right now. I know unleashx created a wmv to xmv converter and there was discussion regarding converting xmv back to wmv but not quite sure what unleashx response was. Try digging up the thread in the unleashx forums... <

UnleashX Skinner has the xmvtool which converts wmv to xmv... and there is an xbox emulator for PC that can play XMV movies that are ingame, but it doesnt just play any xmv movie. <

I saw something in some thread somewhere that said that there was a command prompt thingy in the SDK that could do it. I'm downloading it now, I'll let you know if anything pans out. There has to be some way to do it with the SDK. All it takes is the right person to figure it out (probably not me). I'd like to convert over the scenes from Enter the Matrix. <

Well, I was right, the XDK does have a command line based XMV player function. The problem is that I don't have a clue how to use it, let alone make a gui-program to convert the files to win based media. So if some programmer finds a need to take a shot at making a converter, go for it. It seems very possible to be done by someone with a little programming knowledge. <
