I always search first,but I really couldn't find the answer.
I know Slayer's has the function of switch from PAL to NTSC,is this the same idea?.
So for this solution,first I have to hook on the TV,switch to NTSC and after that,I hook it to the VGA monitor and I will see the Slayer boot screen?

Yes this is the solution for you, for VGA or HDTV modes your xbox needs to be in NTSC mode.

but then pal games won't work I guess?
