well ive seen a few vga adapters here in my town one at best buy and another at game stop.
i remember how much of a different the vga box made for the dreamcast, it was a HUGE difference for most games that supported it.
can i assume that the difference with the xbox is going to be just as noticeable ?
also what resolutions are supported for a vga adapter hooked to a standard monitor which supports all res's up to 1600x1200.?

ok doing a little looking for info on the X2VGA im seeing 480p and 480i mentioned ,, since i use a standard 27in toshiba tv and a regular PC monitor for pc gaming.
what is 480p/i comparible too.
is the resolution 480x??? like 480x480 ?
can you compare it to say running a pc game at 640x480 and then playing it at 1024x768 or 1280x1024?? see what im getting at,, what resolution would be compared to 480p/i ? but also what other resolutions could i set the xbox games to run at ?

thanks for the info fellas im ording a flat panle for my pc so im taking my soon to be spare 18" and gunna xbox it.. just wanted to know if it was worth it.
like i mentioned my only experience was with the dreamcast and only a few games supporte dit properly. but it was worth the 50 dollar adapter in my opinion.
i would love to see splinter cell rb6 3 POP MidTown Madness 3 PGR2 NFS U and many other games at a high rez on a pc monitor.
