DTS works fine with games and movies, but not with DTS CDs.

Yeah right.  What games support DTS?

The DVD module (as I understand it) does not support DTS audio CDs.  What is it called, DVD-Audio?  I don't remember ever reading that the XBOX DVD playback supported that.  Most DVD players don't support that yet as well.  You have to specifically look for that feature when buying a DVD player.

I could be wrong (as I haven't tried) but that's my understanding. beerchug.gif

DTS audio CDs will work on all DVD players, since the DTS data is encapsulated as standard PCM tracks that are passed untouched to the digital audio output(s).

In Dashboard my receiver is getting it as Prologic II, and in XBMC my receiver is getting DolbyDigital signal (what is better) but just noise and no DTS sad.gif
