just hook up the original RCA yellow video connector to the TV that came with your xbox.

the XBox will detect the original video cable and default back to 480i permenantly.

can u explain my situation...

modded with evox...no hdtv (i think)...turned on 480p

games+movies+ms dash visible...but not evox (flickers)

does this mean that i can use 480p?

That's weird. EvoX is 480p compatible.
