Title: Watching Movies/playing Music
Post by: Gaskie on November 06, 2003, 03:32:00 AM
mad.gif .  Very bizarre.  And im not meaning that half the album is in WMA and half in MP3, all songs on a particluar album are of the same format, half work, half don't.  I would say about 30% of all the songs (3.5gb) actually work.

Lastly, I am unable to watch the first 14 episodes of Southpark, but the last 4 or 5 seem to work without a problem... all veeeery strange.

Does anyone have any thoughs and / or advice on this matter?  Its very frustrating  sad.gif .

I am using XBOX Media player by the way.

Cheers,

Gask.

it's a bug in xbmp.... it can't read large dvd-r discs.
upgrade to a cvs build or the new xbmc and that should solve the problems

Hey all,

Here's a link..that'll help explain how to "fine tune" the sync probs using the settings in xbmp. Apparently changing the auto sync values....helps tremendously. I lowered my value to 20 instead of 30 over 100. and changing the next value of MAX PTS correction/frame to a value of 0.00 instead of .2 or .4

This seems to do it for me.
Hope this helps.
