Title: Bmp2xip Help And Orbs Color

I need help i create a skin with the bmp2xip but everytime i create one i missing one file "continuous.xbx" i don´t no why? since i have the bmp file in correct size and after i load the skin on my xbox the orbs at the left of the menu selections doesn´t have color, how can i put color like green, orange or black, or other colors?
