Title: Is There An Easier Way?!

I just downloaded AIDeluxe 3.0 and I need to know if there is any other way of extracting all the files within the files without doing them induvidually. They are in .rar format and I use WinRAR to extract them. I've been sitting here extracting every file one by one and finally got tired of it.
